Fantastic product
Used this for my lower back injury I’ve had for about a year now and it’s really good at suppressing the pain when doing exercise I don’t even realise I have back pain sometimes it’s really effective

Either old or a dodgy batch as didn't stick as other kt tape did. Saw kt at the London marathon expo and they confirmed it wasn't as expected

This tape works miracles. I've used for leg pain, neck pain, shoulder pain, and back pain. In minutes it helps. In a few days the pain is gone. I have ordered several times now. Highly recommended. The tape is very strong and will stay on for several days. The strips are a good size. Watch the videos online to get instructions to put on. Sometimes you stretch it and sometimes you don't.

This tape has always worked for me. Keep in mind, that the different colors and the different types of tape or different levels of severity when it comes to the human body and the type of muscle that you are putting the tape on. If you think that you are a professional athlete before using this tape Get insight as to what strength level of tape you were going to put on what part of your body.
