Makes Working Out Fun
I struggle to workout regularly and am always trying to find a method that makes working out fun, this is it. I started out with the 5lb club and quickly ordered the 10 lbs club. The club itself is deceivingly heavy when held from the bottom. The should weight is slightly grippy. I love working out with this club in the mirror. Every morning I add a new move or try to perfect the form of one I recently added. I find this to be a very rewarding addition to my routine
