The media could not be loaded. This is an amazing extractor head and is perfect for replacements or building your own extractor. I am a little upset it came cracked and I didn’t think much about it hoping it would still be alright( not having the time to send it back and wait a few weeks) now it’s became a problem while extraction I notice water coming out of the screw holes from the cracks. A common problem on theses heads. Just make sure that when you purchase this amazing tool to check for those cracks and if you have the time send it back and get a new one!

My customers love that they can see what I am pulling from their upholstery. I also use this to clean stairs. It is much easier to handle than a stair tool (if you know you know) and it's nice to also be able to see what I am pulling out of stairs. The price is very fair to the life and quality of this product. I would recommend this to any upholstery cleaner.
