I replaced an old one with the water tank on the side. This one fits the bill. It put out hoter water temperature that's a plus. Has only three cup sizes but that works for me. After the start up it heats up in a minute. It has auto shut off. The water tank lifts straight up to fill or if close to the sink water sprayer take lid of and fill it up. I use a stainless steel K cup and once you turn it and it drops into place it's easy. I use a big mug and tap the biggest cup and then the smallest cup and that fills it. I have no problems with this unit. Money well spent..

We really love this coffee maker for a number of reasons -- smaller footprint takes less counter space -- ability to just serve hot water -- easy refill and clean up, are among our favorite features. This unit does not require a K-cup pack in place, so we can simply make a cup of hot water to place a tea bag or pouch of hot chocolate. The smaller size uses less counter space that our previous unit. The added features of removing the bottom front piece allows us to fill a small thermos bottle with coffee or hot water is a great new feature. This improved model has us making hot water more often than ever before. Great product.

Mine arrived in a brown box, not a Keurig colorful box like you see in retail stores. I contacted Amazon to make sure this wasn't a refurbished item, they assured me item is new. After I contacted Amazon, I saw a small sticker on outside box that says new item. The Keurig had new strapping tape to secure the reservoir and removable plate holder to the coffee pot. It also came with instructions, and coupons good through 2024.It is a wonderful turquoise color. I did the test run, and mine is not loud, as others have said in their reviews. The water comes out fine, doesn't spray everywhere. I use mine for Keurig brand Swiss Miss hot chocolate, which is delicious. The temperature of hot chocolate is very hot, as it should be.The reservoir size is small, it holds two 16.9 oz. of bottled water, with a little bit of room for more. For no more than I use it, that's plenty for me.The cord is on the shorter side, which is noted in the instructions as being for safety reasons-so the Keurig won't be pulled off counter by a longer cord. It works fine for where I have mine sitting.Overall, I'm very happy with this Keurig. I bought it when it was on sale for $50.00. I would by again, as it works and looks great for me.

Great little coffee pot for the two of us. Would have preferred a little larger water reservoir. It only holds enough for about 3 10 Oz cups of coffee.

We just love this little machine. Each cup is so fresh and delicious (as opposed to making a full pot of coffee, which can get old tasting). We purchased the stainless steel k-cups at the same time, so we can use regular ground coffee. This is the perfect machine for two people.

The media could not be loaded. I bought my Keurig in November 2023. I immediately went on line and registered the product as instructed by Keurig inserts. This activated my warranty. I just cleaned the coffee maker today following the instructions. Unfortunately the coffee machine will no longer work. The lights just keep blinking. I called customer service at Keurig for assistance. They were unable to resolve issue though they tried. Said they would send a new machine as soon as I submitted receipt from Amazon and a picture of my machine serial number. I stated I had registered machine with that data. Still insist on receiving it again. I’m very disappointed in keurig and not sure if I am being unreasonable. I will resubmit the information but will probably not buy Keurig again.
