The best gift! Our 7yr old loves it. So much fun.

Front wheel bearing fell to pieces first 30 seconds, using in on paved driveway. Emailed the company to get another wheel shipped and still no response.

The media could not be loaded. My son has had a Jetson brand hoverboard for three or four years; he's still uses it but I thought this would be a fun addition to get him off the computer and outside more. He was so excited he didn't even bother to put on his shoes or his helmet as you can see in the video. It didn't take him long at all to figure it out and actually, I was able to do it too! Definitely a lot of fun. It is very well made, not a lightweight piece of junk, so it might be a little awkward for a smaller child to carry around. It can be quickly attached to or detached from the hoverboard using the velcro straps (included, plus an additional set). Assembly was easy, all the tools are included but I do have to say the instructions are pretty vague. Great addition for anyone with a hoverboard!

The Wheel bearing on the front wheel broke during the first use. I went and got one from Harbor Freight for $20 and fixed it. You can also find a 6" swivel caster wheel on Amazon. It is an easy fix. The straps broke during the second use. I ordered some replacements from Amazon.After filing a claim with customer service, they refunded me the amount I paid for the product and have shipped me two new straps.I've also attached pictures of what was damaged. One picture is the broken strap, one picture is the wheel with the broken bearing, and the third picture is the bearing assembly in pieces inside of a zipper baggie.Customer service has been great and the wheel is an easy fix. I've updated my review from one star to three stars as an average of (1 star for product dependability) and (5 stars for customer service).

Never did I thought the frame will elevate our GoTrax into the next level. With the addition of the frame it turns into a Mario Kart where we can race with friends and families, drive like a go-kart and enjoy the stability it brings.If you already have the hoverboard from GoTrax, this is something you should get to enjoy.Assembly is pretty easy, less than 15 minutes and the drive is safe!
