## Features

- Overload protection: When the power of the appliance exceeds the overload power, the LCD will display “OVERLOAD” to warn the user. All the buttons will quit working and can only be workable when you lower or remove the load power. The default overload power is 3680W and is adjustable from 0 to 3680W. **Q: my unit is only showing 76 watts for 3 pc's which should be pulling 700+watts on the low end is this normal?**
A: I have a powerstrip which has plugged into it a PC, a TV/monitor, a router, and a device that separates the router signer into the phone line all for 110 watts. The TV/motor pulls 35 watts (I know because its the same model as I have in another room), so the PC, router and phone thingy is pulling 75 watts. So yeah, your 76 watts is probably accurate!

**Q: the cost 00.00 is dollar units or cents?**
A: my best guess is you are asking about the price calculation feature. 

if you use us dollars then you will set the price per kilowatt to what you currently pay. usually about $0.12
if you use pesos or some other currency, it could be 1.50, 99.99 or whatever the cost per kilowatt is in your country or locality.

I haven’t checked this feature too in depth, since I only use it to check if a device is working or not before and after attempting a repair, this don’t really need to check the price calculation.

**Q: My unit burned up the connection plug-in if sent pictures of yhis. It burned the connector inside the watt meter itself. Is a fire hazard?**
A: As a general rule, it is not safe to use burned or melted electrical connections.  You might ask yourself if you might have overloaded the watt meter.

**Q: Can I use it outside.  Is it water resistant?**
A: The power meter plug is not water resistant. Please do not use it outside in rainy days. Thanks!
