    Leaves chemical flavor in ice....gets stronger over time

I really like the design of these and the shape of the ice cubes but they give the ice cubes a chemically flavor. I waited to post this review to see if it would go away but it hasn’t. I’ve washed them and even left them to air out before I use them but they still have that flavor :( They are a waste of the ice tastes gross.Update: they seem to be tasting even worse X(

Update: a strong chemical smell developed over time. I'm not buying this one again. Such a shame because everything else about this is great.------------------------Great product. The lids make it easy to stack and ensure the ice stays clean. The dimensions are close to a normal ice tray, and this fits on the ice box i got from Target. It makes a ton of ice and it comes out easily.

I was really excited about these ice cube trays as they are easy to get the ice out and do not break the entire tray like the plastic ones but I have had them now for about a month and there are holes in at least four cube pockets in each tray. I will be returning them because I guess the silicone is made to thin where the pockets are.
