6ft x 2ft 8in Garden Glass Illusion Mirror Gate - by Reflect™

I really wasn't expecting a solid wooden door with proper glass, so was nicely surprised with quality. I thought it was just going to be plastic glass with a photo effect on it. It even had proper hinges and doorbolt. It had a slight bit of damage on the edge of the door obviously caused by transit as the damage matched with the damage on the box. However, it's wood so we could rub it down if we wished. There was a plastic mirror protection to the back but we also put some extra protection on the back and duck taped it to ensure moisture wouldn't get in as the mirror could weather. We did also remove the mirror and reposition higher as there was a slight gap to the top. Looked perfect in the end. Very pleased as you can see by the photo, it really does look like an open gate.

I bought this in June 2025. Initially, I was very pleased with it, but I now see that after 6 months, the bottom rail has delaminated and the whole thing is now warped top to bottom, as can be seen by me holding a straight edge against it. I expected it to last longer than this. When I mounted it, I made sure that it was off the ground so that it wouldn't rot from the bottom up.

This was better than I thought it would be. It is very solid and look beautiful in the garden.. well pleased with it. Would use primrose again as was delivered fast and customer service was top class. Very impressed..

This mirror arrived broken, it was well packaged so must have taken a bad knock in transit. A replacement was sent out fairly quickly so no problems with their customer service. It looks great in situ but it loses a star for quality, the backing needed waterproof taping as the clips holding the mirror to the frame are a little flimsy so the mirror didn't sit well in the frame. So with a bit of frog tape my mirror is now a great addition to the garden.

Unfortunately when (with our gardener) we opened the parcel the glass was all broken and in pieces. We would like to have it collected and re-funded. Do not wish for it to be replaced. We have taken photos of the damaged item if you require them.

The mirror arrived on time and was packaged very well, it looks exactly as it does in the picture. Very good quality, easy to put up and everyone who has seen it comments on how good it looks.

Over the Moon with this Product, it really looks good, and its quite well made. Transformed my garden and easy to fit. thank you.
