True to size.
I got both 8 and 7.5. The 7.5 fit perfect and the 8 are too big. I am between a 7.5 and 8 and its always a gamble for me. If you are like me and aren't sure, the 7.5 fit perfect with no squashing of the toes and slight room for walking all day without pain. I have to keep the 8s cause I wore them a bit throughout the day and will keep them for yard shoes, but the 7.5 are best. True to size. I love adidas.
