An excellent salad book.

I love this book! It is a very comprehensive salad dressing cookbook with beautiful photos and delicious recipes. It is exactly what I wanted.

TOTALLY recommend this wonderful salad dressing recipe book. It's got tons of delicious recipes with super clear instructions & healthy ingredients. There also are pictures so you know what the salad dressing should look like when you're done making some. Excellent book. Lots of great recipes.

Tasty recipes, but there is no table of contents. There is an index in the back but it is only organized according to the title the author chose, not the ingredient in the recipes in addition to the author’s title.If you are using this as a kindle version, it is CUMBERSOME due to the lack of helpful indexing/table of contents. It could be MUCH better organized. Also, many of the recipes are on the kindle have 2 pages rather than a simple one page making perusing the recipes even more frustrating.

This is a great book. Buy the hard copy. It will be part of your best recipe book collection

The recipes, photos, and directions are very good. That said, many of the recipes have both metric and standard measurements and no conversion table in the book. So, I'll have to look up the conversion for the metric quantities each time. The other thing is that many of the pages are printed on colored paper and have colored print. The recipes on black paper with green print are nearly impossible for me to read. Since many of those use nuts, and I'm allergic to nuts, I'll have to convert those anyway.The price was reasonable and returning the book is too much trouble so I'm keeping it but would not have purchased it if these details were known up front.
