Does this pen come with a converter?

Mine did not. Compatible converters are the Lamy Z26 and Z27 converters. Despite other answers claiming otherwise, neither the Z24 nor the Z28 converters are compatible with this pen. How do I know? I waited a week for a Z28 converter to come in and it's not even close to fitting properly.

Does this have a screw on cap?

No. It has a "snap" type cap. So far works great for me.

what kind of nibs can you get for this pen ? I have safari pens can Use their nibs, are there different nibs? I find safari nibs very flexible.

Yes the nibs for Lamy pens are interchangeable between almost all current models except the 2000. Nibs for this pen will also fit the Safari, Logo, LX, Aion, Joy, Vista, and Studio among others. Lamy sells Broad, Medium, Fine, Extra Fine, three varieties of stub nibs, and even a left handed one.
