Would this be ok for a 7yr old to have?

With adult supervision on some of the items. The hammer is of a traditional weight. May be to heavy. The tape measure would be fun. The razor knife would be a no. The hands May not be large enough for the pliers. It is something that can be grown into.

How does the digital voltage meter work? There's two buttons but I don't see that either turns it on.
