Recently started a desk job and have been searching for anything that will a) help with posture and b) keep me mindful of getting up to walk around. This posture corrector is comfortable and easy to adjust. You can REALLY feel a difference when you’re not wearing it. Size I chose based off chart is correct. Packaging was nice. And my coworker actually wanted one too once she saw me wearing it. I recommend for anyone who sits OR stands all stay. I haven’t tried it underneath my clothing yet. Feels like wearing backpack straps.

Been wearing this shoulder posture corrector only a couple of days yet and now can rest easy. I have a herniated plate so having this shoulder support brace helps facilitate the agony on my back. I'll survey this thing again in half a month and refresh on the advance, however so far I'm charmingly astounded.

I’ve worn this Support for one week now. It is comfortable and relieves the pain I was suffering from due to constant computer use. The best part about this lifesaver is that after only 24 hours of wear my shoulders began to stop drooping on their own. A miracle! I should have sat up straight like mother told me, but this device gives me a second chance. I feel much more confident in myself when I have it on. I highly recommend this product!

It's on (not too tight) and is KILLING my armpit and inner arm by biceps. It's cutting off circulation to my arms. I'm not sure if the device is meant to hold your shoulders back or you are meant to hold them back to keep the tention off your armpits to keep the blood flow going to your arms. Just relaxing your shoulders and having the device hold your posture up will cut off circulation. Even standing straight up and having your arms by your side...the device will digs into your inner arms causing restricted blood flow to your arms.

Posture corrector came in quickly. It was easy to put on and does help keep your shoulders back. I would suggest following instructions and not wear it over an hour for the first several times you wear it. It does come with extra padding that I put on under the arms to help make it more comfortable.

I bought this posture corrector because I have a really bad back and started using this and already feel an improvement after several days. It takes some getting used to, but it’s because I’ve been stressing my back for all these years and my chest has been underworked. What I very like in this posture corrector, that it has an adjustable straps for a comfortable, snug fit. You just need to wear it for several hours per day and you’ll see the difference. Highly recommended!!!

I realized my posture was giving me headaches, neck and back pain, and most likely sapping my energy. My mom always pointed on my bad posture.So now I decided to correct it. This corrector is easy to put on myself, without assistance from someone else, adjustable straps, I wear it over the clothes, but can be worn under the clothes. It helps to keep proper posture while standing or walking.

This came in two separate plastic bags with no instructions at all. I measured as instructed and got the recommended size however it restricts my arms so much I can't type with it on. It digs painfully into my armpits even when loose. After a few minutes my arms started to go numb. Much more uncomfortable than others and does not even help with posture because of the way it settles. I think it's a poor design. The bands are far too thick to go under the arms. The additional padding provided isn't an improvement, it just makes it worse.

Easy to wear! Easy to pack and go! Works great to keep your posture good!!

Hurts under the armpits. Not a practical solution Works great on the back.

Cuts circulation under arm. It is a bit difficult to wear while in class and driving.

Meh.. I don't think this really helped my posture at all. I was hoping for something that would pull my shoulders back while supporting my back, but this just isn't that.

Too wide for under the armpits. It’s uncomfortable.

The materials are nice, but it didn’t do anything for my neck, shoulder and upper back pain unfortunately. I barely could feel a stretch, and it dig into me.

This product is well made, but it just wasn’t going to work for me. Seem to creep up to high on my neck causing my neck and shoulders to ache. I returned it.

You can easily use this Back Posture Corrector by yourself without requiring help to get it on and off and it provides all day wearability.
