Electrolit Powder packs are delicious! They are not too sweet and are really refreshing during workouts, or even yardwork. Anytime a little extra hydration is needed, it comes in handy.

Electrolit itself is great, I rated it low because I can't get the flavors I want in powders. You can get the grape only in the variety pack and that is one of the best flavors. Then they have the "limited edition" flavors you can only buy in the ready to drink bottles, that sell better than all the other flavors. I am going broke paying $3.00 a bottle for the green apple. But when you have POTS you have to drink these over priced drinks to survive.
