Nice but a little spendy.
Comparing these to other silicone molds these are a little expensive.They work great for cake type mixtures but are a little hard to clean with some things like flan. Please forgive my getting the caramel wrong on my mini flans.So extra cleanup time is the trade off for cool looking flan.

Love the large raggio, not so much this smaller size.
I have the large version of the Raggio design, which I love. This mini version, however, I am not so sure. The individual cavities are smaller than I envisioned, more like a mini donut size. The ridges where not as defined on the cakes, and it was harder to get them out without squishing the cakes. I will try it again with something other than cakes (mousse, ice cream, chocolate??), and see if works better.
