Worst service by Amazon customer support
Let me warn you people here. I purchased this one, the laptop wasn't damaged physically or anything but after starting it, it started restarting randomly. I instantly tried to raise a return request but Amazon said that the issue needs to be verified by a HP tech support. Then a tech support individual called to get remote access and checked the issue. She faced the same issue as she tried to update the system or check for other issues. She then said that someone will have to come onsite and check the issue. Then after two days a hp support guy came to check. While he was checking he found errors but couldn't get a video for restart. He left saying that I should try to get a restart video otherwise they can't help. How is that my problem to troubleshoot an issue? I'm just a customer who wanted a return or replacement but now instead i have a faulty laptop and I'm going in circles with amazon support and hp service.Please rethink before buying from here, if possible go to a store. Trust me the discount is not worth someone making you run rounds for your own product. Rest is up to you. I'm tired.

The display of this laptop is not 144hz , it's display is 60hz , don't buy. Worst experience with hp and Amazon. Both don't help for this issue.
