Absolute life saver!
I was recently given a really nice, high-end smartwatch that came with a great metal band. Unfortunately, the band was sized for someone with wrists roughly twice the size of mine. Even adjusting it as far as I possibly could, the watch looked more like a bangle bracelet. It unfortunately spent more time in my dresser drawer than on my wrist. Now that I have this device, I'm able to easily remove links so it actually fits my wrist! I've also been able to use it on family and friend's watches. Apparently, this is not an uncommon problem.

A good tool but no help if can only use one hand
For most people, if the need to resize watchbands often this would be a time saver, but only if you can use your non-dominant hand to line up the link pins. I may have figured out a way to use it holding the band with a c-clamp or hobby vice in time, however for a one time use another tool I had worked better. I like the design and use of the tool in general however with one paralyzed hand it wouldn't really be any faster for me to use it than some other more common tools

Gets the job done
This works well for removing pins from a Watch bracelet. The pin itself is a little wobbly but I was able to successfully remove pins from a few of my different size bracelets.

ok I guess
Product does not adjust for smaller bands, or should have longer pin pushers

Broke after a few uses
Worked well 4-5 times, then the spring popped out for no reason, now the tool is misaligned and useless.

Kind of finicky
Difficult to line up the pin pusher just right and to find the correct width for the band. The plunger doesn't slide smoothly which causes alignment issues. Easier just to use a punch.
