It was easy to install and set up. However, after about one week, the chime started to malfunction. Sometimes it would work fine and at other times it would not chime or would only partially complete the chime. Then the hour chime stopped working correctly and chimed the wrong hour even though it had previously been correct. Although I was initially very happy with the mechanism, I ultimately returned it because of unsatisfactory performance.Review updated based on vendor support.Based on my review, I received messages and support from the vendor, including a replacement for the original mechanism which I had returned. The vendor stayed in contact with me until I had successfully installed the replacement mechanism and it was working as expected. I want to offer the highest praise for the attention I received from the vendor and the quality of the product.

The media could not be loaded.  Easy installation. Good sound. Good video instructions for setting chime to clock time.

I purchased 2 kits. The chimes sound great & pleased with the 4 options for chimes. I am not pleased with the fact that it chimes when it wants to. I have tried everything to reset it with no luck. The clock seems to keep proper time but can’t handle the chimes on one kit chimes 10 minutes after the hour and the other is 10 before the hour. I will be sending both kits back..update to previous problems- Mia with WinTaim reached out to me & sent another kit and was very supportive of the process to install & continued to check back with me until I had it installed & working properly. If you purchase & have any problems reach out to them to walk you thru the process

The Clock assembly is working fine, but the chime, also known as horn on the video is not. I’m a clockmaker and have been assembling clocks for years and I followed all instructions on videos provided. I also use my voltage test or to make sure that it wasn’t a mistake on my end. My voltage sensor showed that there was a short inside the chime, I feel $30 is a lot of money to pay for a defective product.

Easy to install. Sounds great.

Clock works for more than 24 hours, then chimes at 6:00am in the morning, 7 times, for 7 am, at 6:00 in the morning!!!???? Amazon, need to send new clock works, so I only have to tear this clock apart, ( ONE TIME )!
