Best case for my new Fold! As expensive as the phone is I want it well protected. I've had this for a couple of months now and it Is great! I dropped it getting into my car and held my breath! Not a scratch on my phone! I nicked the corner so I'm So happy I had this core on my phone! The kickstand is great for holding the phone as well as watching videos. Great case!

Case falls off everytime I open the z fold 5. Attempted to contact seller since add says 180 free replacement. They have absolutely no way to contact the seller on Amazon. Contacted Amazon and found it very difficult to get a representative. They sent me a link which sent me back to Amazon. Amazon then tells me to Google the buyer and contact them that way. Amazon allows sellers to make false adds and offered no real solution. Spent almost an hour on the phone with them, which was mostly on hold. Bought 2 cases from this company and after 2 months both look horrible. Amazon representative would not answer my questions and just muted me over and over.Update: Seller contacted me and made it right. Thanks

Edit: the company is sending me a new one after hearing it didn't hold up to my standards. They made things right. I appreciate them reacging out to me.Istarted out loving the case. It was protective. It felt durable. However it's been 1 month since I've had the case, and now it's showing it's signs. The plastic hinge has now broken. I do use my phone often and it seems that opening and closing my phone 3-5 times per day just couldn't stand up to the hinge cover. The front cover has now started to slide around when opening and closing my phone. The kick stand doesn't rotate which isn't a big issue but does hinder some of the things I do. The camera cover on the back side, now doesn't want to stay closed or open. It just slides wherever. I've yet to drop my phone so not sure how it does on that part. I still feel it would Keep it safe for a fall.

This cover is a AMAZING. Great quality. Fits perfect. The packaging is great. It comes clipped together so you can see how the phone case goes into the belt clip part. It goes in one way. If you try putting it in wrong it doesn't fit right. I have had no problems with plugging in my charger. Love the camera cover. My job requires me to use my phone a lot and squeeze between things. It's nice to know my phone is protected all the way around. Yes. The case is bulky. Even bulkier in the belt clip. That was expected. Even welcomed. Feels like I'm holding my old Note 20 Ultra. The built in kick stand works very well. Very well made product. Snaps on easily. Highly recommend this.11/23/23 just an update. The case is still holding up great! I did make a small change to the case. Purchased a multi media reader. The readers cord had a short C adapter end. When plugging into my phone I had to wiggle the case out of the way. So I modified the case by trimming the area around the charging port. Works even better now. 😌1/17/24 I can't speak for sharing how cheap this is made or it broke so quickly. I'm hard on phone cases. This one has held up. Recently I did remove the front screen protector for a better screen feel. Still think this is a great case.

I've had this case on my Fold5 now for several months. It seems like a nice case. Quite sturdy and it protects the phone well. It's handy having the pen readily available, and it's nice to have the ring for grip, and for a kickstand. But there are several things that have been problematic with this case.I got the case on my phone and the first thing I noticed is that you cannot reach the left side of the front screen. So for instance, When you're moving widgets around your home screen on the front screen of the phone, and you want to move one from your main screen to the screen that is to the left, you can't physically reach the far left edge of the screen to have things push to the left. The farthest pixels are being covered by the screen protector. I think this could easily have been overcome by the designer. It was just overlooked. It causes some irritation, but you can get around it in most circumstances.Next problem was trying to charge the phone. The small cut away for the USB C charger is too small for most charging cables. So in order to fit my charging cable into the USB C slot, I had to cut away a part of the cases to allow the cable to fit by it.And then again I had to cut away part of the case, because of peripheral tools. I use a Infra Red Camera attachment for my work. And this camera has an extra long USB C plug to reach through cases on your phone. However, this case is thicker than most cases. It wouldn't allow the already long USB C plug to reach far enough into the socket to connect with the phone. And I don't want to have to remove the case while on the job just to plug in the camera. So again, I had to cut away almost a millimeter of rubber to allow the camera to fit snuggly against the bottom of the phone. This will probably also be true of you if you use a charging dock.Further nuisances, are minor but still annoying that they weren't overcome in design.The hinge on the side can be used for a grip, but it pulls away from the body while you're holding it, and over stresses the hinge.It would be nice if the metal plate in the mount was actually magnetic and nit just metal. It could have meant that the phone could have been attached to metal to be hung. Say on the side of your car, or on a metal plate on the job site... etc. Or if it were simply made of a ring and not a sold plate, it could have continued to be used with a wireless charging pad. Not a deal breaker, but things that could have made this product much better.Last is the belt clip/ holder.This is quite annoying. The holder has way more room to it than it should have. They have a huge space between the phone and the holder, making it stick way off your hip. Why is there so much room there...? This just makes it cumbersome and bulky when you have to wear it on your belt. This a big downfall for this case. I really wanted a belt clip for wearing it and easily getting to it, while working. But getting the phone in and out of the holder is not easy. It clunky and for the most part requires two hands....Alone the case is alright. Its strong and sturdy. But it has a lot of problems. If none of these are a bother for you though. It may be a good fit. But If you need any of the features I have found to be problematic? You'll want to keep shopping.*Update- Tongate reached out to express their concern over the items I detailed in my review. Sounds like they will take notes on things to be changed in their future products. Their customer service also seems to be very helpful and respectful.

After going to AT&T and Best Buy to name a few, the options were either limited or none to get a case for my Samsung Z Fold 5. The guy at AT&T recommended Amazon and that is where I saw this beauty. Nice and rugged with a little robotic, cyber punk type of design it certainly stands out. I love it and all the little features that it has built into it. Great Buy!
