These worked great for my heels I wore to a 5+ hour concert. My feet were sore but not horribly so. The pads are well cushioned and don't slide at all. To apply it, I recommend gently folding it in a half moon and sliding it all the way to the top of the toe rather than trying to align the sole correctly. Works well for shoes with hard bottoms and no replaceable insole (or shoes you don't want to spend $50 to swap the insole out of)

Item arrived quickly as promised. Easy insertion into dress sandals. Wore to an all day wedding. Usually have difficulty with products like this as the seams from the product onto the shoe bed irritate my feet and I end up with blisters on the balls of me feet however this product worked fantastic. The seams did not bother the bottoms of my feet at all and my feet stayed in place even though I do not usually wear heels. They were softly padded unlike the hard gel ones or the flatter versions. They also did not make my feet sweaty. I would highly recommend this product as I have tried many others which are not comfortable but these allowed me to wear my dress shoes for the entire function even while dancing!

I feel super awkward wearing heels but these made them feel so much better. It took me several tries to get the inserts in a comfortable position. I found they felt best if I used them upside down (widest part of the insert underneath my toes). I won’t know how these hold up for a couple more weeks but I feel hopeful I won’t look like a baby deer learning to walk at my friends wedding.I will update my review if I find the inserts uncomfortable throughout the night or if they slip around and don’t stay in position

Why did you pick this product vs others?:I picked these because of the material looked soft and comfortable. I bought these to wear in my shoes at a wedding. The shoes had ankle straps so I would be stuck in them for a while and needed them to be as comfortable as possible. These inserts made the unbearable bearable. I was able to walk my daughter down the aisle without limping and the aisle was long. I would buy these inserts again.

I’m a shoe size 6 and these were too big (too long and way too wide) to fit in any of my dress shoes. Quality seems good, but they should indicate these are not for small shoe sizes.

Made a huge difference, I was able to put in my dancing shoes and made them really very comfortable.

Getting back to 3 inch and 4 inch heels—- after a near decade of not wearing high heels— these are saving the balls of my feet!

Really good functionality, helps my feet. Keeps on she’s by keeping foot from sliding. Not too thick nice e this for heels or whatever. Will order more. It’s a set of two.
