Good quality steel. Good tool
Did the job. BTW, do not ever try to pull a square taper crank off without some type of special tool like this. You will probably cause damage before it fails and then you need to get this tool anyway.

Decent Octolink Kit
CT-B02+ CT-C02 was nice combo kit. Used to remove my 6K+ Mile worn Claris 2400 crankset. and a 68-121 BB. The arm tool was simple but it won't survive heavy abuse. The adapter head got stuck inside the BB octolink both times when i removed the crank arms. Lots of elbow grease to remove the BB. Needed a mallet to break loose on the drive side. Found pending rust build up in the BB area. The BB tool held up and showed very little wear after the mallet pounding. Now I can be a local Bicycle mechanic if necessary. Just need to ready if the arm remover adapter breaks.

Fit my Octalink Bottom Bracket
Check a bottom bracket type page or video from Park Tools. I measured the width and teeth of my mountain bike's bottom bracket and took a guess that this one would fit.You really need to have a long, 1/2" breaker bar to use this properly. I was able to get the non-drive side off with a 3/8", but the drive side required penetrating oil and someone standing on the breaker bar as I pulled. It can be somewhat awkward because the place where the breaker bar and the tool connect is far from the bottom bracket and messes with the leverage.
