I received my mop. When I took it out of the package, it was broken. I cannot put the ringer on it, due to ringer handle being broken. I would like to return it. Please tell me what I have to do to send it back. Thank you

Great device, but it could have included more detailed assembly directions and instructions on how to fill the floor cleaner with cleaning fluid.The single sheet was not at all helpful.

This is a terrible design. The rigging mechanism does not fit over the mop head. It might as well not even exist. I have been able to use the mop for dry, mopping with polish, but not for wet, mopping as it will not clean with the ring head.

When you try to self wring, the microfiber pan gets stuck in the wringer/scraper. The velcro on 1 side is missing. Would be nice if it worked. Took about 4-6 weeks to arrive.

So cheap material and can't use I really need wet mop but not this one I found great company make that so I love new one sorry about ur business ...

Very cheaply made. Directions suck.This product was not worth what I paid for it.

The directions are in Mandarin. When you translate them, they tell you nothing. I can't find my seller on Amazon at all. I want a refund.
