I originally got these as part of my Fit Fab Fun box and now I’m ordering it regularly on Amazon. I have a very well rounded skin care routine and these took my skin to a new level of glowing ☀️They taste and smell great and I saw improvements in my skin and nails first and now my hair all within 4-6 weeks. I’m excited to actually grow my hair out. I’m now 4 months in and still glowing.Gummy- it tastes great, smells great and there’s no funny aftertaste or texture. I’ve also never had an upset stomach even when I take it on an empty stomach. It’s simple and easy to do.

Okay, I’m gonna be honest, these are definitely on the pricey side for biotin and collagen gummies. But when I tell you they work, they work. My nails are growing longer and stronger so much faster than before I started taking them. I used to have the weakest nails from doing gel x (seriously, grabbing laundry or washing dishes would have them snapping off immediately), and these gummies have made them way stronger and less bendable. I can actually see them growing!As for my hair, it’s a bit harder to say if it’s working as well, but it definitely looks healthier than before. I used to have a ton of hair fall (like chunks of it) and bald spots, but now I’m seeing less of that. So, I’d say it’s working in that department too.Taste-wise, these are just as good as the other Lemme gummies, which is a bonus. Honestly, I wasn’t expecting much because I’ve tried so many biotin gummies in the past and usually don’t trust celebrity brands, but these really impressed me. I’ve already recommended them to everyone I know, and they all love them too. Just a heads up—don’t expect to see results if you’re not consistent with taking them. Like with any gummy, you’ve gotta be consistent for it to work its magic.

These gummies taste so good , melt in your mouth . I’m on my first bottle about 10 days in , my nails are growing and my skin is so hydrated and soft. I’ve been told by a lot of people that I look 35 to 40 , I’m 55 . I’ve never had so many complements about my looks. I can’t explain it but I’m going to continue to use these gummies and it’s so much better than having to mix a powder that does not taste good .

For full results it says to take this product for at least three months. I am currently at the beginning of my second month and have noticed some subtle improvements.The overall health of skin looks and feels better. Same goes for me hair and nails. My nails in particular is where I've seen the greatest improvement. They started growing just a little bit faster.I personally am not a fan of the taste, it tastes like artificial peach. It's not horrible and it has no after taste so it doesn't deter me from wanting to take them everyday.The only other issue I have is that once opened even with the lid on the gummy vitamins dry out very quickly, by the end of the month they have a rough exterior.

I’ve been taking these for about 3 months now. I use this in combination with onion shampoo and conditioner. The handfuls of hair on shower days has decreased significantly. Idk if it’s these or the shampoo, but they are definitely working. A little pricy but the the fact that I’ve noticed less hair loss in the last month or so makes the price worth it. I recommend.

The gummies to are all stuck together as one and they’re not solid. When you chew a gummy it’s very soft and sticky into the teeth. I’ve taken them consistently for 3 weeks and on my 3rd week I’ve experienced a lot of hair shedding/loss. Just brushing my hand through my hair it would cause my hair to fall out at any time or point. I can’t wear my hair down without my hair shedding over my clothes. Washing my hair I lose even more and that’s after I already brushed my hair. I only wanted to grow my hair longer and improve its health. I’ve been using the same hair products for over 6 months.

Haven’t had any huge effects but my female friend said my face seemed more hydrated…nails are not as flimsy but I’m also using Spoiled child…good combo mix regardless the gummies taste great!
