The wraps hold the bladder comfortably, provide a gentle compression and insulate the targeted area. Please note: the U-shaped Bladder is not included with this wrap. It was easier than using the velcro straps that came with ice machine, and it attached to my Donjoy ice pad by velcro, used it after my shoulder surgery.
