The product I received is as advertised in both color and size. It's plastic and, therefore, nowhere near as sturdy or as heavyweight as cones used in formal traffic management requirements. It's fairly lightweight but seems to be well manufactured. A reasonable purchase for personal/residential needs.

The bases of the cones don't stay on! Stupid. Crappy construction and for the price not worth it.
