The wireless charging on the top worked for about an hour, now nothing (2 hours later). The outlets seem to work fine, just frustrating it failed so fast.Pros - installation was incredibly simple

This is the second version (on two different projects) I’ve used from this manufacturer. I was pleasantly surprised with the first one which was a pull up style and stumbled upon this auto rising version. I couldn’t be happier. It works flawlessly and for 1/4 the price of the competition. The seamless flat cover is a nice upgrade from the previous version. I located it in a quartz waterfall island; goes very well with the modern look.

The glass broke on top of my wireless charger. Can you send me a replacement glass top?

We remodeled our kitchen and needed a place for power on our countertop since we lost some receptacles when we eliminated our bi-level peninsula. This was the perfect solution. We get a lot of “wows” when friends see it for the first time. Pros: slimline when pushed down, 3 120V plugs and 2 USB outlets. Cons: it’s plastic. For the price point, I think it should be made sturdier. Wish it came with a gasket that goes between the surface you’re installing it in and the device. Lastly, it’s only rated for around 9amps, so I won’t be able to plug anything into that has a heating element (coffee maker, crockpot, etc.) overall the concept is awesome, but has room for improvement.
