They seem to have made a difference
I’m an old dude. I was feeling a bit sluggish. My wife suggested that I add an iron supplement to my diet. I chose these. Not sure that they are the reason, but I do feel less sluggish now.

Good product for low iron
Seems to work good for me since I have iron deficiency. I don't have the severe side effects from this Ferrous Sulfate that I suffered from a prescription iron tablet.
