Well made and easy to use. Fits well onto equipment.

The spotter arms look to be a decent standard however the back hook flexes when the screws are wound in tight, it flexes even further when weight is put onto the arms. Which is a shame considering the rest of the arm is supported with extra bracing. This would do well with a stronger material on the back hook or another L piece that wraps around the rack and connects to the inside bolt hole.

I got these to replace the standard ones that came with my rack.The fit and quality is very good.Mine are for a standard 2" x 2" cage and do not have the stupid screw fixing at the back, they also do not scratch the frame ,no sharp edges or screws too long as other reviews.

I am so impressed with these hooks ( 3x3 version). They are so well made , rock solid and for perfectly onto my rack. You could spent 5 times as much and the product wouldn’t be as good as this !!

Excellent, perfect fit and sturdy. No real need for plastic cushioning on them.

Would have given 5 stars for sturdy construction, size and value... but let down by a stupid screw fastener to take up the 5mm slack where the bracket attaches to the power cage. Even with the screws fully done up, the safety bars flex under hand pressure and the screws have damaged the cage paint and metal work.As I bought this from amazon warehouse at a big discount, I decided keep it and will try to modify it... hopefully.Not worth the full asking price though.

Being able to center the bar on the rollers each time is awesome, didn't know I needed that feature. Overall, the hooks are heavy, sturdy, and fits perfect.Note: If you buy the 1" inch hooks, the rod itself is smaller for smaller holed cages. The hooks come with sleeves to make them 1". Be careful opening the plastic bag with the sleeves, tiny screws are in there. Comes with tiny allen wrench to tighten the tiny screws, sleeves stay on just fine once tightened.

This is only spot welded, so I wouldn't recommend for heavy squats. Probably fine for bench for 99% of people though.The pegs, even with the adapters are quite loose. As others have mentioned these rely on a screw to keep it steady on the rack. You'll definitely want a furniture pad or UHMW to prevent damage. This should fit as there's a significant amount of clearance on a 2x2" rack.Value overall seems quite good despite the mediocre quality.

These are very well made and plenty long enough at 18" to replace the 2 Rods that I currently use for safeties. Having the knowledge on the back to take out the slack is a great addition to making sure it fits your rack tightly. I have some other products from them and there all high quality.

I like these so much, I got a second pair for my squat rack so I don't have to move them between squat and bench press height.The welds are solid, the steel is thick enough, the paint does not chip, and the UHMW pads still have a lot of life to them almost a year in.I've used the j-hooks to squat nearly 400lbs repeatedly lately and they're holding on just fine.Be aware that the paint may get into the tightening screws and make them hard to tighten the first few times if you don't chase them. The screw head itself also has a burr that may scratch the paint on your rack if you don't file it away.9/10, would recommend to any mere mortal using a 2x2 power cage and isn't squatting uphill of 600lbs

Son buenos y fuertes pero el protector que trae para las barras de las pesas es duro y daña las barras por eso no doy 5 estrellas.El precio está bien en comparación con otros los protectores les voy a quitar los tornillos y se los quito y en su lugar le voy a pegar una tira de goma gordita de unos 5 o 6 mm y se quedarán estupendamente.
