Solid Quality Product Needs a Strain Relief Though
Overall, very pleased with the product. It's solid quality. Designed well to make things as easy as possible to solder (not that any wires that small are easy to solder).I would have given it 5 stars had it come with a tension relief - I adapted the tension relief from the jack it was replacing to work with it. If you have any skill, which you probably do since your replacing the jack, figuring this out should not be a problem for you.Also, had to look up which conductor portions of the jack related to which speaker on line and had to confirm with a multi-tester which conductor went with which terminal.

It works! And it's heavy duty.
The plug works well, and it's heavy duty.I also like that it's angled so i don't have to worry about it, or the jack getting damaged.

This very rigid plug should stand the test of time, as well as installation!And the angle is perfect for downward resting wires.

The design of the solder pins is poor - flimsy metal.But ok if very careful with very steady hands, and a low powered iron.

Worked perfectly
I kicked the subwoofer connection on my desk speakers, used this to repair the broken plug. Installation was an easy solder job. Screw-on cover makes a nice place to put some heat-shrink.
