was having problems with my hips is why I purchased this product. At a therapy appointment and it was suggested.In one week I was feeling less pain than usual. I have this with me at the office and home. The routine given to me by my therapist, this was a god send. It is every easy to use and adjustable.

Great product - however not as resistant as would like. Needs to have more to contend

This thigh blaster works your thighs and your glutes. I endeavor to go until failure, starting with 1 set of ten reps with 10 pulses on the last rep, them decreasing the number of reps per set until I've got just a set of pulses. I definitely feel the burn. This is a pretty good counter to the 20 lb resistance bands I like to use. Its easy to adjust for an easier work out or for a preferred angle.It isn't super bulky, so I take it with me on trips. I'd buy again if needed!

Product isn't made well. Digital counter doesn't work. Poorly made.

It’s easy to assemble but come apart mid exercise

Missing the spring on one side , returning maybe it will be corrected.

This is easy to use and the digital numbers are easy to read. The "pads" were easy for me to move if I need to. I took off a star because I think I received a pink one instead of a purple one. Overall, I'm happy with my purchase 😊
