I can't rate this high enough. I have ME/CFS. People with chronic illness should start off with 1 drop, three times a day, increasing by a drop at a time because you can go into a "healing crisis" (Google it) if you start off on too strong a dose.I don't ever go up to 28 drops either. Max about 20 but usually about 14.I found that after a couple of days, I got a some mild nasal symptoms but then after a few more days, they went. Then I got a slightly sore throat but it went. The Cat's Claw was stimulating my immune system to clear the latent viruses living on me.I stayed on it for about 6 months but now, if I get a hint of a cold, sore throat or coldsore, I go straight to 14 or 20 drops and zap it before it gets a hold. 9 times out of 10 it goes away. When I do get infected, rarely, things clear up quite quickly.I can't recommend this enough. Don't take it if you are on steroids though because it does the opposite to what they're doing.People are asking if it has citric acid in it. I last bought this in May 2018 and my bottle, as per my pic, doesn't have it.

I haven't tried other tinctures on the market but my intuition / gut feeling is telling me I won't need to. It's a very concentrated tincture, exactly what I was after.

Strong flavour but a good natural anti-inflammatory that is somewhat effective for helping with stomach issues and pain

Took this because Medical Medium advises it as an antiviral. Unfortunately, this knocked me out and fell asleep on the sofa at even half the recommended dose. Haven’t taken it since as don’t really want to be knocked out. This had a Valium effect on me, but then I have CFS so I tolerate very few supplement (only magnesium, B vitamins and milk thistle seem to help without side effects).
