Delighted with this swing seat. Very comfortable, Love the color, more fawn than cream but I like that. Very easy to assemble. Not been rained on so far but material feels very weather proof and good quality. Arrived earlier than expected. Only criticism is that there were 2 nuts missing and had to go out and buy before could finish putting it together so would have given 4 and half stars because of that but couldn't. It cost £50 less than in other well known store. Looks great on the patio and good to use. Was in 2 minds about buying it as bit hard up but so glad I did.

I bought this seat for my 84-year old Mum just over 16 months ago. It was fine for the first Summer but this year, after my Mum sat on it a few times, the material suddenly gave way and she fell through the seat and had to be helped out by neighbours. My Mum is quite small and there was nobody else on the seat. There are no struts or mesh beneath the material to take any load so the whole thing depends on the material and a few rivets. Really poor quality and the company refused to do anything about the incident since it was more than one-year since I bought the seat. Avoid.

The design I feel is far superior to others on the market, also slightly better price too, everything functions as it should, it would be nice to have a foot rest, but that might be more difficult to design than I would know. We did have a little trouble assembling it, one hole didn't line up, but all the rest went well. To move about you can take the seat off and it's easy in two parts.

A comfortable and good looking swing seat. Neither of us are light weight but swing is more than robust enough.One of the side arms had rough texture to the paintwork. We requested a replacement which was delivered in a couple of days.....they couldn't do enough for us. We have placed a bench seat cushion under the seat cushions but only because we wanted more cushioning. Visitors all found it comfy as it was. Must start that diet!!! Cannot recommend this enough.

I love this. Highly recommend it. Easy to put together by one person tho might be easier when it comes to hooking the seat on to have an extra pair of hands. Either that or rest the seat on something high. For the person asking about what is under the seat pads, it is thick sturdy canvas type material and provides good support. Excellent value for money.

Useed for a Grden sun seat. It is excellent!

Hammock was really nice and comfy but canvas on seat split very quickly. So would not recommend buying it . And company did not want to help.

The delivery was very quick. It was easy to fit together, seems good quality and strong, and is comfortable. Could do with some sort of drain for the canopy, like an eyelet, as water collects after rain, and has to be tipped off. A minor problem for an otherwise excellent product.
