Professional Sommelier Corkscrew and Bottle Opener - Waiters Friend Ideal for Wine Lovers - Carefully Designed Style with Ebony Wood Handle

I bought this for my husband's Christmas as he had seen a double jointed corkscrew in Turkey but did n't manage to find one. I loved how it was presented - beautiful black box. The corkscrew itself is a work or art and so tactile. Love it!

It's a nicely engineered solid little waiters friend. Good quality feel to it and nicely packaged. There's cheaper out there but I think this is worth the money and as long as you don't lose it it'll last a lifetime.

I have used waiter's friends for many years now and this is one of the best. As well being superbly functional it is a very attractive piece of kit, I particularly liked the two phase lever which makes opening even the most difficult bottle easy. Not the cheapest of its kind available but the best I have found and well worth it.

this has a lovely weighty feel and is much easier to use than any of the other cork screws I own. A perfect present- in my case from me to me.

Not worth the money I paid. Though very nice design and I do use it. The blade is too blunt to function correctly.

Got fed up buying cheap and nasty openers. Good decision to buy this opener, feels robust and comfortable. Bought another to put in my holiday bag as "souvenir" opener broke last time away.

Arrived quickly and nicely packaged. It's well constructed and seems durable, so far. It fits nicely in a suit coat pocket and is not overly heavy. It has a nice curve to the handle that "hides" the tip of the worm. The worm is the standard, smooth 5-turn. From the side, the key is thinner than I expected, and from the top it's a little wider and I really liked the way it looks.

C'est la seconde fois que je commande cet article ayant été très content du premier reçu.Qualité et finitions, très belles. Design soigné qui en fait un bel objet à regarder et à toucher, élégant. Présenté dans un joli coffret adapté à l'option cadeau stylé.Et ce qui ne gâte rien et c'est même l'essentiel, il est facile d'utilisation (bonne prise en main) et ouvre les bouteilles sans difficulté (s'enfonce correctement et droit dans le bouchon). Ce qui n'est pas le cas d'autres (vendus sur Amazon) que j'ai aussi utilisés. Il allie donc qualité de fabrication, élégance et efficacité.Son seul défaut, son prix élevé par rapport à la concurrence. Mais en raison de sa qualité indéniable, j'y suis quand même revenu.

It’s quite nice looking, good heavy feel to it, even the Teflon coating on the screw is good. Nevertheless its two main technical components ie the knife and the screw are warped which is horrible for a waiter like me that uses it tenths of times a day.I heard from the company that it was a bad one so they immediately replace it with a perfect one and, in addition, they offered me their top of the line professional corkscrew which is a fantastic product. I use it everyday and it never fails me.Great products, fantastic company, amazing customer service.
