the user of tbe belt is a big man. so he said the belt rolls down the back and makes wearing even a bit painful. but support for the hernia is good.

Perfect fit and shapes to my body, plus very comfy
I am 5,1 and can say this is perfect fit. I have had a tummy tuck and very comfy and shapes to me. I don’t recommend this for someone who is hefty. Hope this helps. Overall happy with the product and highly recommend.

Not good for long periods.
Didn’t give much support, really difficult to put on by yourself. Not very breathable. Only wore it for 20 minutes at a time before sweating.
