Great little switch, great support
Ordered this but then had to put it aside for a month before I could install it. Turned out to be DOA. Contacted support and after a couple of emails back and forth to troubleshoot, they confirmed it was dead. Since I was outside of the return window they had me order a new one then refunded the purchase. Stellar support! The new switch works beautifully. Nice and fast, and it's really nice not needing multiple discrete POE injectors cluttering up my little server rack!

Great switch for the price
For the price -- an awesome unmanaged switch to provide network to a few 2.5G-capable devices. Iperf fully saturates the links between devices on the standard ports.I tried the PoE functionality briefly and the WiFi AP seemed to run OK on 802.3at.Haven't tried using the SFP upstream port yet.

Does not work after one day. Smells like burning
The media could not be loaded. Bought this switch a few days ago. Initially worked perfectly off the bat. Three days in and now none of the link lights will turn on, no ports will establish a link and it smells like burning plastic. This switch I notices does not have UL to ETL markings on it. I am going going to buy a name brand switch before this one burns down my home

802.11at may need to be enforced on the PoE device
With the switch being not one of the big names, I was hesitant but its price was far better than managed switched, and VLAN pass-through made it good enough at a much better price than say a Ubiquiti which was well over 4x the cost. All my PoE devices get power and pass traffic without issues, even at 2.5G. I did have to force 802.11at as my AP's were defaulting to 802.11af which was needed for higher performance. This was done in the AP and it wasn't clear if this is an issue by the AP or the switch, but all signs point to the switch. Manually setting the AP's to 802.11at didn't cause any issues however and I am getting the full speed out of all three AP's I have plugged into the switch.I have not had any issues with random power cycling and performance seams to be great. I have yet to test the SFP+ port as a back-haul due to my main switch being picky with modules and I"m not willing to entertain its idiosyncrasies.

Super simple multi-gig and PoE - great for Unifi setups
A super-simple multi-gig PoE switch that worked right out of the box. I have two Unifi U6-LR access points powered by this switch, with a copper SPF+ adapter going into a 10GbE switch. Worked perfectly, access points are happy, heat level is low. Throughput seems great, though I haven't really stress tested it. I saw a concerning review about this being used with a Unifi setup where it didn't work. However, my experience has been completely positive so far. I'll post if there are any issues that may develop, but hopefully it performs as it has been so far.

Edit - seller has totally gone above and beyond.
Seller has more than tried to make things right. Refunded and a new switch which is doing much better. A week or so after installing this switch, I started seeing weird stalls in connections, packet drops. Speed tests to the internet from a PC connected to this switch now show 9 Mbps speeds, when I would typically see over a GIG. Removing this switch from my network resolves all the weirdness. Putting it back in place again causes quirkyness including access points that are connected to that not working. They won't get IP addresses. Changing the switch resolves that problem also. I wouldn't buy this switch. reading other reviews shows me others are having issues also.
