I am very disappointed with this tablet. I received it on April 3 and it was functioning fine. I purchased and installed a 1TB micro sd card. On May 30th, I turned it on and it started giving me odd notifications including one that said that the sd card was corrupt. None of the apps would activate and function. Worse yet, I tried to do a hard reboot following the instruction card that came with it. I could not get that to work. I looked online for solutions and nothing I tried worked. On top of that, I tried to eject the sd card. All the files on it were wiped out but I could not get it out of the tablet. Serves me right for buying crap made in China

I got this tablet to use for college. It works for sure. The first one I got had major issues. It wouldn't stay connected to the internet, wouldn't let me download some apps and was lagging but I contacted Amazon and they sent me a replacement. Thus far I haven't had much of an issue with it besides the battery life isn't the best but it doesn't die in just an hour of use either. I had no issues connecting to the mouse or keyboard. It's on the heavier side but does look very nice. It didn't come with instructions which I felt was odd but it came with a guide on connecting the mouse and keyboard which is pretty standard on how you connect any bluetooth device.

Got this for my daughter for her birthday which is TODAY, and we are just completely DEVASTATED! It keeps having an error message pop up on the screen every 5 mins that we have not been able to fix (I am not by an means a IT professional but I can get manage my way around a computer etc. we'll enough to know it's messing up), and the main reason we got the tablet was for her to play games and help with homework. Well her favorite game (which is what like every other kid's favorite game is right now) , Roblox, and for some reason the tablet says that this tablet is not compatible.. like WHAT??!! Why?! So yeah now my daughter is crying bc her birthday present has to be returned and I'm crying bc she is and I was the one who ordered it! I don't understand!? So unless another tablet can be sent out TODAY, or I am able to get some technical support to fix the problem, it's going to be returned and only giving 2 star because the accessories were nice and the price would have been great if it worked for the simple thing I got it for.
