Great ice bag for shoulder or smaller area. Highly recommend & also purchased the larger one. Great fabric. Keep in freezer.

Great product poor service
I ordered a two pack but I only received one. The one I got was great. The shape is nice and it stays in place well on the shoulder because of it. but it sucks to not receive what was ordered. I got the 2 pack so I could alternate between cold and hot.

Perfect for hot and cold use
Life saver with my shoulder brace. No more holding ice packs or trying to make one fit in my brace. Hot and cold capabilities is awesome. Compacts and I can bring it to work.

Probably Fair…
In pain. Probably ordered when injured already… otherwise you would have one. Good item with effective results for soothing, calming and cooling inflammation and injury. Strap to help hold against in place. Should be 10% of the price when not injured and 200% when you are…. So ok balance probably fair.

Works well put my one in a bowl of tap hot water for 5,mins put ibrofen gel on my shoulder put heat pud in shoulder strap works very well every night the pad helps with easing the pain for up to 4hrs .

Works great it was just a bit too big for my tiny frame so had to return it.

Takes up no room, so lives in the freezer for when it's needed. Really helps with the aches an pains of getting too old to have fun without paying for it the next day!
