Chevy Tahoe side rear view mirror covers
The covers don’t fit 07 Chevy Tahoe

Possible mold damage?
The fit and finish is sub par, due to the caps not fitting on the inside corner. Sadly I’m stuck with them because my original ones split apart so all in all I would like to see better quality control from whoever made these

These have a great look and are easy to install
These are great, they look great and are easy to install, one of the contours were a little mishaped slightly so one of the profiles are hard to line up but fixable. Excellent value.

Perfect!
I ordered these because I had to replace one of my rearview mirrors due to an accident and to get a complete paint matched replacement would be over $500 so I decided to order a mirror without the paint matched caps and put these on. I'm so glad I did! The paint doesn't exactly match because I have carbon flash metallic but it looks close enough that you couldn't notice without a magnify glass.

Doesn't fit. Leaves a nice size gap on the inside closest to the window.

Wish They Fit Better
We were pretty excited to get a new set of replacement upper mirror covers for our '09 GMC. We ordered the chrome version to replace the OEM white ones that were worn. Obviously, these are not chrome plated metal, but chrome plated plastic. Included with the pair of covers was a small plastic pry tool to assist in removal of the old cover. Understand that these are not glue-on covers that just cover up your old mirror covers. You need to remove the plastic upper housing and use these to replace them. What was missing was any sort of guidance or directions to assist in the removal of the old part. Sure, you can Google directions, but a simple printed sheet would be just fine. Prior to install, we compared the old cover to the new one and found some differences. As seen, there are some hooks molded into the OEM cover which the new cover lacks. Although we couldn't completely identify the engagement of these hooks, they are obviously there for a reason, so in some instances, the lack may be an issue. We attempted to install the new cover and failed. The inner corner of the cover prevents total engagement with the front frame and leaves a large gap. It seems as if the plastic part was still hot when packed and the cooling plastic took the shape of the stressed packaging. Being chrome plated, we are concerned that if we attempt to rectify the installation with a heat gun, we may compromise the chrome finish. Too bad.
