Really good sound deadening material for my Buick. There are several things about this I like that I liked.- It's made in the USA, which shows in the quality.- Speaking of quality, the butyl material has very good adhesion properties. My hood has some indents in it for the heat insulation to fit into and the material stuck and conformed to the indents.- I was able to use scissors to cut to shape. In most situations I had to use a knife on other brands. So easy to cut and install.- The roller I used did an excellent job. The foil was strong enough that the roller didn't rip the foil on top of it. I also had this issue with some other brands.All in all it does a very good job. The sound of the intake and loud injectors all went down significantly. Cruising on the highway also showed it lowered road noise from the front wheels. Even with the amount I used I still have 3 sheets left. Definitely a good buy.

This does exactly what it was intended to do . Everywhere you have some of this product, you will notice a big difference . Easy to work with regular scissors. Can cut any pieces you need to modify. It's sticks very well. Just wipe away a little dust. and stick it right on ! I'm fixing to order some more . Great Product !! Randy

Product works just as well as other brands and is a good value. Very happy with the performance. Used in the bottom of my trunk to lessen the vibration with my powered spare tire subwoofer.

The product is great as described and work's as expected

Ordered the product from Canopus (Sound Deadening Mat for Cars, 50 mil 5 sq.ft., Pack of 5 Sheets), and it arrived quickly and without any problems. I finally was able to take the panels off my van to replace the factory speakers, and while I was doing that, my son and I put on this sound deadening product from Canopus. We were both quite impressed with the product; it was easy to cut to the shape we needed, and it was very easy to apply to the inside of the doors, just peel and stick, and then we went over it with a small paint roller for stronger adhesiveness, and it worked wonderfully. We are happy with the product. The doors sound better than they did before (not so hollow), and the newly installed speakers sound great too. I would recommend this product from Canopus.

Works great in my Vette doors with aftermarket speakers. No door rattling inside or out. Easy to use and trim.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:I bought this for a bit of off label use. My AC has a nasty rattling sound while the compressor is on, and I figured that by using this stuff on the outside of the AC's body panel I'd be able to mitigate it. It has worked very well. The AC is obviously not silent, but that's not what this stuff does. It has helped damp the vibration that transfers from the compressor and fan to the outer shell, and as a result the sound the AC makes is much less annoying and rattling, and has become more of a smooth hum. I plan to do it to my other AC soon!If you do this be sure not to cover any holes on your AC. The AC needs holes to vent the heat, and drain condensation.
