These are very easy to swallow because they are gel capsules and pretty small compared to other brands. It is a strong dose, but not excessively strong, so only one per day with food is needed. The vitamin D is already dissolved in oil inside the gel capsules so that it can be absorbed more easily. They have the perfect amount of K2 and that is really important because the K2 is necessary to channel the calcium you absorb into your bones instead of letting it build up in your arteries. Extra calcium will build up in your arteries if it is not directed into your bones by vitamin K2. Don't take vitamin D without K2. I take these in the winter when I'm not getting enough vitamin D because low vitamin D levels cause me to feel tired and depressed. These help my mood and give me more energy. I also take these to increase my calcium absorption so that I can have strong bones. It is a high quality product that really works and it is a really good price. I highly recommend this brand!

I've been taking this D3 + K2 supplement for a couple of weeks now and I'm very satisfied. It's the perfect combination, as K2 helps calcium get absorbed where it belongs. The capsules are easy to swallow and leave no aftertaste. Carlyle is a brand I trust for its great value and quality.

This supplement works so well I went from abnormally low vitamin D levels to abnormally high in the three short months I’ve used them, so will be switching to a half dose going forward. Great value and clearly outstanding absorption!

Great product for a great value. Like many others, I try to buy a good quality product for a good value. I have learned to read the labels, and just because it says "organic" or "non-Gmo", that doesn't mean it is true. Always read the ingredients. Saying that, my husband and I have been very low in Vitamin D, since around 2010. We took the recommended dose of 1,000 IU a day; still low for years; then increased to 2m000 IU daily; still low. It wasn't until I found Dr. Berg videos and I understood the importance of Vitamin D3 with K2, and to start with at least 5,000 IU per day. Around 2015 we finally started seeing an increase on Vitamin D, but still in the low range. We decided to follow Dr. Berg's instructions and take 10,000 IU per day. We are finally in the middle range. And after doing so much research in so many products, this brand is by far very clean (no additives or unnecessary ingredients) and at a very affordable price. I have been buying this item for the last 2-3 years and I will continue. I was comparing with other famous brands and OMG, they add other bad ingredients and are super expensive! I am sticking to this brand!
