Q: If I am normally a 8 in women’s what size should I get ?

I believe they are using UK sizing, not USA sizing. In us 24.1 cm is a size 8, but this site shows 24.1 cm as size 6!

Q: Would these be comfortable for an all day music festival, standing for 8+ hours?

These are my go to concert shoes! I've worn them for long hours and even to a music fest where I stood and walked almost all day. They're great!!! Only thing if you don't wear high socks with them, make sure you put a little bandaid on the back of your ankle so that when you wear the shoe the first time it doesn't scrape. But once broken in, no problems! Great memory foam sole and super comfy!

Q: Are they slip resistant?

They did really good walking on wet cement and marble. I had no worries
