The metal welded very nicely, fit well, and has a very tight feeling hinge. Once I put in the rubber stoppers it really pulled all the slop out of the setup. I am only towing a ~1500lb boat and trailer with a very light tongue weight, so I was able to really go to the long end of the install requirement. Pay attention to the table as that is very important. Also extend the safety chains beyond the hinge. Bottom line, I am happy with this, and preferred the weld on model to the bolt on for multiple reasons. Seems like a stronger, more permanent solution. Review: Nice addition - Worked perfectly. Nice Addition
I have received and installed this product but have not had a chance to tow much with it. It fit the 2x3 trailer tongue as expected and functions as it should. I added 26”s but my trailer and boat is small and doesn’t weigh much.

Missing the Nuts
The product itself is great, but it was received without the nuts for the bolts. I had some sitting around and used them.

This is my fourth Fulton fold-away. This is the first weld on fold away. I like the weld on better because you don't have to drill so many holes.
