I read many reviews before purchasing to make sure these were sturdy, easy to use and a good value. I can check off each of these after I've been using them for a while. The instructions were easy to grasp right off and they're a great part of my home gym. Only drawbacks 1) I'll need to order another set to increase weight eventually and 2) Although the process of adding/subtracting plates to the dumbbell/barbell is simple, it's not instant....you have to twist off the cap, then twist it back on....not hard, just takes a little time in between sets. But, that's reflected in the low price I suppose.

I will add photos later. 4x 2.5 disks. 8x 5# disks This allows a number of different combinations up to a 50# barbell or 2x 25-30# dumbells. I haven't tried the kettle ball yet but I think you could get 25# (5 disks It only takes a few seconds to piece together a full barbell. Transition should be pretty smooth to go between weights or dumbbell/barbell.To be honest though, I should of bought the 70# or even the 90#. I typically can't bench more than 50#, my arms are thin. this gives me a nice range to work up to another level. or at least stay toned. This might be good for a teenager who is new to working out. The investment is nominal and if I stop using it I won't mind the cost and can donate it to charity later. If I step up to the next levels I will be able to have barbells and dumbbells' together and a fuller set and have a smoother workout. There is no reason to scoff that these are plastic. They are most likely sand or a concrete under a polymer shell. They make it easier to handle and cheaper to make but without sacrificing quality. There is no real reason to have metal or lead for weights that make them more expensive. Thermo plastic is fine. I would not slam or drop these, but you don't need to soft handle them either.

I bought this adjustable dumbbell set for my boyfriend so he can work out at home. The set is easy to adjust and he was even able to add a different set of weights to the bar. This set is very functional as it comes with two dumbbells and a barbell attachment. The one thing my boyfriend thought could be improved was the weight of the plates. The set comes with 4 plates that weigh 2.5 lbs and 4 plates that weigh 2 lbs which totals 18 lbs. I would recommend this specific set for beginners and the sets with more weight for people with more weight-lifting experience.

The weights are solid in quality. A little bit of the smelly texture but that also indicates the set is brand new. In the package they provide a pair of wristband, which is an extra gift? Every piece is carefully packaged and the box is quite balanced and relatively easy to move around. This is a very solid purchasing. Hope it lasts.

Almost 80% of time the Weights move over the grip and its a nightmare to pull it back. This happen mostly when you use the weights with barbel. probably returning the item

This concept for dumbells/barbell for at home training is highly convenient, and versatile. Allowing you to exercise both sides at once with lower weight, or heavier, compound exercises. The only thing I would change, is the size/weight of the plates. Heavier weights would be more suitable for myself, perhaps I can order extra weights.

I've been using this for a few weeks now. I did have a small problem that I contacted the sellers for, they had great response time and offered a great resolution! Berry happy!I would recommend this set, the quality of the items is great, especially for the price! and it's so convenient being able to adjust the weights and different parts it somes with. I did see some reviews saying the connectors came loose upon use so the plates were loose - I have not had this experience at all, the pieces stay together very well during my workouts - I have used them as dumbbells and the bar but not kettlebell yet.Very happy with my purchase.

I have never written a review as quickly as I have today after receiving these weights.Normally I like to use whatever product I purchase for a couple of weeks so that I can give an honest educated review.With this product though, I don’t need a couple of weeks to know the quality of this set is awful. And it’s awful for a plethora of reasons. Here are the top 3 problems with this product and reasons you should NOT buy from this seller:1. The dumbbells can be assembled, however, with every part of this product (aside from the weights themselves) being plastic, no matter how tight you think the nut is screwed in, it loosens within seconds of lifting them and the weights begin to move around thus making it difficult to remain in a steady position. So unless you are fine with continuously retightening the weights in place between each lift, the dumbbells are pretty well useless.2. The kettle bell rods threading is completely off, so I can’t get the rod to twist into BOTH kettle bell handles without it getting completely stuck to the point where I couldn’t even twist it off on my own. So the kettle bell is also useless to me.3. The barbell rod that connects the two dumbbells, also has a threading problem, so it will not twist in tight which means I can just pull it out without twisting it. Once you get to the middle where it should tighten up, it just keeps twisting. You can’t use it without the risk of the dumbbell slipping right off mid lift and severely hurting yourself. Again useless.EDIT* Over and above those 3 things, the weights do not total a weight of 50lbs (which was what I thought I was purchasing). I was so busy paying attention to all the other issues with this set that it took 4 days to realize they don’t add up to 50lbs.The weights add up to 19kg, which equals to 41lbs NOT 50lbs.I ordered 50lbs, but I’m getting 41lbs???MAKE IT MAKE SENSE SELLER!So all in all I spent $125 on a completely versatile weight set that I cannot use.The fact that this seller has listed this product for an outrageous price should be criminal, considering what I received today. I truly feel robbed of $125.I knew this was plastic, however, with paying $125 on them I figured it would be (at the very least) half decent quality- not as bad as this. Very disappointing and very frustrating. Do not waste your time, energy and most of all, your hard earned money on this product.Trust me when I say BUYER BEWARE.

It was very sturdy and of high quality. I am really satisfied.The packaging was excellent. There is only one drawback, and that is that the handles are a bit long. For example, you cannot use it in a seated position or for leg dumbbell exercises.
