I love the quality of this grip strength workout tool. I blasted my forearms for a week after receiving these and the results were apparent faster than I'd ever gotten results before.

A dog bite messed up my left hand. I used this to get the strength and dexterity back. The only issue I had was the finger extension tool didn't stay in place while exercising. I kept having to readjust it.

I had surgery on both hands and bought this set to help regain hand strength. Better quality than expected.

Started using these during down town, watching TV or a work, now I'm seeing significant increase in my grip strength.

This product works very well. You get what you would expect. The only problem you might have is figuring out how some are mne tto be used. Other than that, this product works perfectly fin, and it Is very durable. Some of the peices that are made that look weak because it's plastic and rubber, it's acually very strong and I was shocked.
