However, the upper section of the cane had a threaded hole too small for the screw of the next section - will never fit together. Also, when fitting the top to the upper section for the first time, the model flywheel fell off almost immediately - the securing grub screw was missing. Whether due to shoddy manufacture or bad quality control, it should not have been shipped in this state.
