Loved these guys!
A beautiful story. Many twists and turns, but happiness at the end. I hope we see more of these two in later stories. Loved their friends and the siblings.

Well… it isn’t bad…
It’s… got some not so great aspects and for like half the book I was like why am I reading this horrible yet interesting book? Anyway I grew to like the characters in a weird I still don’t like this book but want them to be happy kind of way. There were a few plot holes, a sentence that made no sense, and yet this book was charming in its own way. I had a whole bad review typed up but I never once considered dropping this book even though I don’t think it was a great book. It was still an interesting one that never lost my attention. I was even happy ish with the ending too. If you’re thinking of reading this I’d say give it a go. It might be horrible and ridiculous in the beginning and you might dislike it the whole time but … you also might enjoy yourself just a bit too.

Loved Everything About This Book
Crying, cheering, and clapping after reading this one again. I have thought about this book a lot since I first read it about six months ago and getting to experience it again with more New Gothenburg world context made it even better than I remembered. This one has a bit of a morally grey start but as mentioned in the summary it ends up with a much more balanced and loving ending that feels earned and the contract marriage/forced marriage trope at the beginning makes for a nice build up and some fun spicy scenes if you’re into a more dominating, dub-con feel. Again, the authors do a good job of balancing some of the darker aspects with a sweet romance that will have you cheering for the MCs and will not leave your brain even six months later if you’re anything like me!Overall Rating: 💖💖💖💖💖✨(a fav)Spice Rating: 🌶️🌶️🌶️🌶️🌶️ (5)Fluff Rating: 🧸🧸🧸🧸 (4)⚠️Possible spoilers below———⚠️Content/Trigger Warnings: dubcon/noncon, dark gambling, Russian Roulette to completion, ruined orgasms, spanking, punishment, D/s-like dynamics (with a safe word)P.S. if you’re looking for something similar and love a bit of fantasy mixed in I recommend X. Aratare’s Cursed series which has a similar set-up.

Loved the characters, not the story plot
This had so much potential. The obsessiveness of Alton and the fragility of Noah was a promise to a good hate-lust-love-hurt-love story, and it kinda did, but it was very flat and didn't rise to it's potential. The climex of the story wasn't logical and so did the resolution. The only reason it gets 3 starts and not 1, it because I loved the characters.

Probably my all time favorite
This book hits all my loves. Beautiful men is lace, forced arrangements, enemies to lovers. I cannot even begin to touch on how much this book lit me up, excited and hooked me, and then crushed and soothed my heart. I could not put this book down when I first read it and reading it a second time even better. If you share with me the love for these tropes, this story will not let you down. You will get hit with all the feels and fall in love with both men. 5 ... FIVE!... FREAKING STARS!

Kinky Coercion
Noah is used to being a disappointment to his domineering father. Not only is he gay, but Noah has no interest in the family business. He wants to be an artist. Alton is one of the nation's most successful entrepreneurs. The self-made billionaire is accustomed to getting what he wants. Alton sees Noah at a business party one evening and is instantly attracted to him. He mistakenly assumes that Noah is just another spoiled rich kid. When he discovers that Noah's father has swindled him, Alton thinks he has the perfect plan. He will take over the company and force Noah into a temporary marriage so he can take his revenge and his pleasure at the same time.“Bound to Him” can be thought of as an interesting take on the enemies-to-lovers trope. Add to that an element of dubious consent, and you have a spicy mixture that might not be to everyone's taste. This being romance, you know where things will end, but there are more than a few twists and turns in this telling to keep things interesting. The set-up of Noah and Alton's marriage doesn't bear too much scrutiny, but once it gets started, the story proceeds relatively believably.Noah is a somewhat typical romantic character whose personality defies his privileged upbringing. He is generally not entitled or obsessed with acquiring more money. Noah also has some curiously old-fashioned romantic ideals. Those play a big part in creating the initial drama at the start of his relationship with Alton. You can't help but like Noah from the very beginning.Alton is definitely the “bad guy” in this story. The billionaire more than once expresses his belief that his money can buy him whatever he wants, including people. He bulldozes his way into everything without really considering the consequences for the people involved. It's not clear if Alton really sees Noah as a human being at first rather than just a pretty toy that he can break-in and use until he becomes bored with it.The relationship between Alton and Noah takes on a dominant/submissive nature. There's no doubt that Alton has a very controlling nature that demands Noah do whatever he says. His lingerie kink is a bit different. Noah seems to have a submissive nature, but the coercive aspect of his relationship with Alton makes him resist it.

Great characters
I love it when a character like Alton who has no compunction about forcing others to do whatever he wants gets his comeuppance in the most wonderful way possible. Alton forces Noah's father to coerce him into a marriage for six months. By then, Alton figures he will be ready to move on, having gotten what he wanted physically from Noah and business-wise from his family. It turns out, however, that Noah is that one gentle, innocent yet strong soul who can get past his defenses and make him feel things. The building of trust and eventually so much more between these two makes for a fantastic read.

4.5 Stars!
I really enjoyed this! I fell into this world and could barely pull myself away from the pages. Fun, hot, sweet, frustrating, nail-biting, and heartwarming. This was exactly what I was in the mood for! Definitely recommend to anyone looking for low action, high angst, super filthy hot, sweet m/m romance with a redeemable alpha a-hole!

Wonderful Story.
A long but amazing story that has every emotion you can name, I absolutely loved it. Alton's demanding and expectant ways were rather intriguing, what a man. While Noah is young, innocent, and indignant. Very angsty at times but also gorgeously sweet at others, just a wonderful read.

What an emotional journey!
I wasn't sure what to think at first, Alton was not a character I could empathise with in the beginning. But reading his and Noah's story and watching them fall in love was SO good. Would definitely read again and am going search out more by these authors.

Best Ever Possessive Alpha fake Marriage Romance!
This book is fire. So exciting right from page one. I've read alot of billionaire fake marriage romance and this has to be the best one in fact it is probably the way it should be done. My God, Alton and Noah were friggin hot together. The sex scenes are tasteful and truly bring out Alton's alpha, dominant character. I loved that Noah didn't make me feel like I was reading a dumb and pliant guy. His beauty and individuality shined. The best thing about this story is the detail. It's not slow burn per se but the writers really flesh out everything and it's filled with swoony moments between them that for me were the highlight. And it's not just sugary stuff, there's a good plot going and you never feel bored. There are so many things happening. It's very balanced. I love how its written. I really liked how the characters just came alive. Before this I'd usually just parse through steamy scenes in books because there's only so many you can write a love scene but I found myself reading and enjoying the scenes. They were... 👀 Oof. STEAMY! Loved it. This book was intense and totally romantic and well written and just a great romance read. It had everything. No complaints. Take your chance on it. You will not regret it. I want to read this all over again! So glad I found these two writers and contrary to what they think of themselves, they are very, very good 😉
