When I say TAKE WITH FOOD I mean as you are actively eating! This is the smallest pill that I take in all of my vitamins and it is the number one pill that gets stuck in my throat every single time! And it tastes horrible!!! If you are not actively eating when you take it it does not matter how many other pills you are swallowing it with it WILL stick in your throat and you will regret it! It's not always convenient for me to take this pill while I'm eating food and every single time I'm forced to take it without food it sticks in my throat and I feel like I'm going to vomit until I am able to eat something. I wish this pill was a capsule like it shows in the image and not this little non-coated tablet. I know the other reviews say that is coated - it is NOT! Other than that it has really helped to keep my iron levels perfect and I will continue to take it because it works and it is cheap but trust me - TAKE IT WITH FOOD

These are small and coated so they're easy to take. I found out the hard way that iron should be taken with food. Other than that unpleasant experience they're a good product and they're working out well.
