Perfect.
Great foam roller for a great price, no complaints here. It is extremely easy to use and has retained its shape. It is pretty firm like most hard foam rollers, but that is exactly what I was looking for. I would recommend to anyone.

Firm and does the trick
As a PT- this is a nice firm foam roller. Does the job. You might be surprised how firm this is so this is your warning! Great for mid to upper backs and those IT bands for runners.

Felt amazing to use until it broke in half
It was great while it lasted. It has a decent density when you don’t need the intensity of a harder foam roller. I’ve had this for 1 year and almost 3 months and I used it quite regularly for about 8 months and then sporadically for the other 7 months. Until the other day, it just broke in half suddenly when I was using it. I know this type of foam roller isn’t built to last like the higher quality ones but I didn’t expect this to happen. I think I’ll go back to spending more on the higher quality types so that they last longer because replacing it after just over a year of use isn’t practical for me. But overall, giving it 4 stars because it really did feel good as a deep tissue massage without being too intense.

Highly recommended
Arrived quickly and packed well when arrived. It is perfect size for after workout. I used it 3,4 times a week and hopefully it will keep the shape but so far so good. Highly recommend

Does a great job on tight muscles
It definitely will help get the muscles loosened up..lol it will hurt a lot but it will help you feel better afterwards… don’t give up 😊

Good quality roller
Works as expected. Weighting near 200 lbs and near 6ft tall, it works as expected. It feels strong and rigid and easy to use.

Great value!
Perfect for my PT recommended exercises!! Fit the length of my torso (5’7” but short torso) well for the snow angel stretch she has me doing every day! Hasn’t moved shape at all- very thick and durable. Great value for what I paid!

light and fragile
mixed it is a compressed styrofoam and feels real light maybe half price , b better will see if it hold up long and doesnt crumble or break .
