This is a pretty nice chair but not as comfortable as I would like.

I bought these chairs because I needed some in my studio in a hurry, and these were available to ship quickly and arrive in time. I wasn't expecting too much, seeing that they were so inexpensive. However, when they arrived, I was very pleasantly surprised. First of all, they were a breeze to put together. I'm no spring chicken, but it took me less than half an hour to put all four of them together. They looked nicer in person than they looked in the listing. They are a good size, quite roomy. And also very comfortable. They sit solidly on all four legs with no wobble. I had people over for a meeting, and afterwards, several told me how comfortable my new chairs were. Some of these people were quite ample in size and the chairs were large enough for them as well. I would say if you're looking for some economical, comfortable chairs, have a look at these.

Could not put together the first time because holes didn't match up to connect the backrest to the metal supports. Contacted customer service and asked if I could send it back and not have to pay the shipping because it was a bad product, and they just sent me another back rest and arms. They mentioned their most common complaint is the screws not going in on the backrest, but wondered if the arms could be bent as well. Got those hoping it would work, and still had a PAIN of a time getting the screws that hold the back rest on to go in, but FINALLY succeeded. I was so excited to try it out, but it did not sit level on the floor, and rocks back and forth when you sit in it. I tried readjusting everything I could to try and fix the problem, but to no avail. I got it for a guest chair, and that will never do. Very very disappointed. I contacted customer service, sent them pictures and asked for a refund, as I don't have extra money to waste on it (thus the reason for ordering a cheaper, supposed to be good, chair), and got no response. DO NOT BUY! Waste of money, effort, and time. Get a more expensive one, it will be worth it. Also, arm rests are very thin and not cushiony at all. Feels cheap altogether.

I'm an 81 year old woman. It's a nice looking chair It was easy to put together. All pieces fit. Was well packed - all the metal arms and legs were wrapped. Buy it.

This is a very sturdy, strong comfortable chair! My husband has mobility issues and needs chair arms to get up from the table. This chair works so well for him. He really likes it! It was easy to put together, came packaged extremely well and had tools to put it together!nit also shipped quickly! If you are looking for a comfortable, very nice looking , well made chair, then this one is for you! Don’t hesitate but buy it. You will not be disappointed !
