We were looking to update the look of our living room and lighten up the wall color. This fireplace provides a NICE MODERN look! Looks great recessed in drywall, not need to tile! VERY HAPPY with how the project turned out! Looked at multiple fireplaces and decided on this one due to front benting heat, realistic flames, and a good company reputation that stands behind its products.Remote is simple and easy to use. Flames look realistic, especially with the crystal base layer installed. Heat output is adequate (400 sq ft) to take the chill off when used with regular room heat. This fireplace is not sized to be main heat source.This item is easy to install. If I had one bit of negative feed back it would be on glass flushness to drywall surface. If you want glass to be absolutely tight against drywall you will need to provide a relief edge at material surrounding the fireplace mounting tab. Its not hard to do,, but adds an extra undocumented step.. If you want to recess item you will need a 2x6 wall minimum. I was able to build out my wall to accomplish this.Overall a great product! You can stop looking, you found it...

I installed this electric fireplace in my basement family room to add some warmth and decor. It can be mounted to any wall, but I decided to have a wall built to surround it and once the wall was up the installation was simple. The flames and color change options are all gorgeous and it puts out an adequate amount of heat. It doesn't put out as much heat as the gas fireplace I have in another area of the house, but I was not expecting it to. It's just what I was looking for to add some warmth and beauty. I highly recommend this product.

The media could not be loaded.  I searched and searched for a 50’ electric fireplace in white and didn’t have many option. I heard great things about TouchStone, although a little pricy, thought I would give it a shot. I am so glad I did. It’s gorgeous, looks super sleek, not much heat but then again it’s a large room with 14’ ceilings so wasn’t expecting much(really just purchased for the look). So far there is no problem with noise, it’s actually pretty quiet. Overall, super happy with this TouchStone fireplace.

I'm sure there are nicer units out there. For the price this on is excellent and fits our needs perfectly

This is a really nice fireplace. I live in Florida so major heat output is not a great concern. It does knock the chill off a room nicely.It will NOT flush mount on an interior wall without poking out the other side. Mine goes into a closet on the other side. It sticks out about 1 inch.Overall we love it and it's very impressive for the price.

The heat output for the area was insufficient. Due to the size of the room. Remote works wish there was a led display for the different settings for the heat setting. Assembly was a breeze. Love the look work in progress

This product exceeded my expectations. It was extremely easy to install and the no heat flame is a plus.
